As a freelance travel writer with a penchant for culinary experiences, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bakkara in Kyiv, where I discovered an exceptional dining experience at their GRAND PIANO Restaurant. Nestled on the picturesque banks of the Dnipro, the restaurant offers a stunning view, especially in the evening when the lights reflect off the water. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by a kind and attentive staff, setting a welcoming tone. I opted for dinner on the terrace, which provided a serene atmosphere perfect for savoring their innovative menu. I must admit, the flavors in each dish exceeded my expectations, showcasing a delightful blend of local ingredients that invited exploration. While I appreciated the convenience of freshly brewed natural coffee to greet the morning, the breakfast selection was rather basic, yet satisfactory given the location. This hotel is indeed an ideal spot for food enthusiasts seeking a tranquil getaway.
